Overforged

A little 'Forge' themed game made for Godot Wild Jam #68.

We decided to make a cute overcooked inspired blacksmith game.

This demo features two recipes that you can make, as well as functionality for smelting ore into iron bars with the forge furnaces. Once a recipe is complete via the anvil, drop it off at the drop zone (which is a ladder... none of us artists, sorry!).

To play the game, pick up items from the barrels. You can place wood immediately on the anvil, but you'll need to drop off ore in the furnaces to make iron bars. Once you have the required iron bar and wood combination to make a recipe, press space to craft!

Controls:

WASD - Movement

Space - Make a recipe at the anvil

E - Pick up items, drop them off on workstations like the anvil, furnace, or at the drop zone.

R - Drop currently held item on the floor
